By accessing this website or enrolling in a class, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

• You are at least 18 years of age, or enrolling with a parent or guardian's consent.
• All information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.

Classes and Enrollment

All classes are delivered online. Enrollment opens on dates announced by Kings & Queens, and a place is confirmed once registration is complete.

Fees and Payment

Course fees are shown or confirmed before enrollment. Fees must be paid in full before access to a class is given, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds and Cancellation

Refund and cancellation requests are handled case by case. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to withdraw from a class.

Conduct

Learners are expected to behave respectfully in all classes and communications. We may remove anyone who disrupts learning for others.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, content and branding belong to Kings & Queens and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We work hard to deliver quality classes but cannot guarantee specific exam results or employment outcomes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
